Eng. Fathallah brings a very rich and solid background and experience that spans over 35 years in the field of construction and urban development.

He started his career in 1980 where he founded Mena for Contracting & Trading Company followed by the Establishment of Mena for Touristic and Real Estate Investment in 1986, then Mena for landscaping in 1995 and Mena for Future Housing in 2009. Through those companies, Fathallah succeeded in becomingone of the first private sector developers in Egypt’s North Coast with 5 summer resorts built during the period between 1986 – 2012 in addition to residential compounds in 6thof October city,Cairo and Alexandria.

In 1995, he expanded the business regionally in Lebanon (Mena House Club) and Sudan (Al Yasmine Residential Compound) .then, in 1997, the company went public and in 2006 he partnered with Watheeqa.

In March 2013, Eng. Fathallah was appointed as the Chairman and CEO of El Mostakbal Company for Urban Development, Egypt’s Leading Master Developer, developing its flagship development ” Mostakbal City” over an area of 11.000 acres in New Cairo.

During the two years period where he held this post, Fathallah succeeded in completing phase one of the development plans with sales for leading Egyptian real estate developers with Total Estimated Value of 8 billion Egyptian pounds.

Fathallah is highly renowned for being a real estate development expert and entrepreneur. Throughout his career, he acquired unique experience in all aspects of the real estate development value chain starting from the technical aspects of construction through the commercial and legal aspects of land acquisition to the formulation and leadership of large project teams consisting of various local and international consultants and subcontractors.
