A new company for real estate development consultancy has been founded with authorized capital worth 10 million Egyptian pounds, board member at Bonah Real Estate Company Fathalla Fawzy said Tuesday. The newly launched company, Mena for Development Consultancy, has been established with a paid-up capital worth 2.5 million Egyptian pounds, the official said. أكد المهندس فتح الله فوزى , رئيس مجلس إدارة مكتب فتح الله فوزى لاستشارات التطوير العقارى ، أن الشهرين المقبلين سيشهدان ارتفاع تكلفة تنفيذ وبناء المتر السكنى بما لا يقل عن 60 الى 80% نتيجة تغير أسعار مواد البناء ومدخلات الانتاج وارتفاعها بصورة ملحوظة، عقب تعويم الجنيه لتصل تكلفة تنفيذ المتر السكنى نصف تشطيب المتعارف عليه بالسوق الى 4000 جنيه بدلا من 2000 و2500 جنيه وأوضح ان الفترة الاخيرة شهدت ارتفاع جميع مدخلات تنفيذ الوحدات السكنية من مواد بناء وعمالة ونقل وأراضي، لافتا الى ان السوق العقارى سيشهد استقراراً وقدرة على إستيعاب تلك المتغيرات والاسعار الجديدة خلال النصف الثانى من..Read More
